My Favorite Photo

This photo was taken in Lebanon, Beirut. The reason I chose this photo was because I was on vacation in Lebanon this summer. Every year I am more and more amazed by the extravagant scenery this country has. The water is the bluest of blue and these rocks are extremely old and mark a historical monument that is visited by thousands every year. I love this place and I had so much fun this summer.

Beauty and The Beast: The New Miracle

Beauty and The Beast:

The New Miracle

So what really happened after Bell and the beast finally fell in love and found true love; the spell of the evil old woman was lifted and the ugly beast became Prince Adam. Magically, Prince Adam appeared as gorgeous as ever and we danced the night away! From that moment on, we lived a happy peaceful life as husband and wife. Our days were filled with trust and undivided love for each other. One day I woke up and wasn’t feeling myself. I was feeling very nauseous and sick. I couldn't figure out what was happening to me. I spoke with my husband, and we both decided I should send for the doctor, immediately. The doctor came at once and examined me thoroughly. My husband was waiting anxiously outside the room, and as soon as the doctor was done, he called him in and gave us the prognosis. The doctor started off by saying that my sickness is a blessing in disguise and that my husband and I are going to have a baby. I was shocked and was not expecting this miracle. Adam, my husband was also in shock. We looked at each other in amazement and realized that this child was a gift that we should treasure.

Nine months later, our miracle arrived, and his name was Gaston. My husband decided that he was to name our child after the man who brought us together. Our kingdom was full of joy and celebration when we had baby Gaston. A feast was ready along, with a party to welcome our new prince. The kingdom was shocked when they heard his name, but King Adam insisted that our kingdom was fair and forgiving and all applauded my husband’s decision. The full moon was shining bright with a silver glaze lining the sky. A quick breeze blew the doors wide open, and suddenly there appeared the witch who casted the first spell on Prince Adam turning him into a beast, until he found true love. We both stood confused and pondered what could possibly bring the witch back.

The witch walked inside the castle, and the doors swung shut behind her. She began to speak to Prince Adam and said that you were able to find true love and break the spell I placed on you to stay a beast forever. The witch went on to say,"it seems that you have changed for the better and you became a man of great wisdom and honor, and now god has blessed you with a baby boy named Gaston. I have come to deliver my gift to your bundle of joy." The witch walked over to the cradle and cast a spell on little Gaston. She gave him the gift of KINDNESS. This gift will remain with the baby forever. With the spell of kindness it will be certain that every person in his kingdom will be cared for and not left hungry.  The Prince and I thanked her for her warming gift and off she went. We were a bit nervous seeing her again, but all is well that ends well. Our kingdom will live happy and wealthy lives.  The Prince and I carried baby Gaston and sung him fast asleep. Oh, and his favorite song is "Be Our Guest."
